4. Live Fish and Plant Policy

  • We take great care in packaging and shipping live animals and plants.

  • Live Arrival Guarantee: We offer a live arrival guarantee if the package is received promptly upon delivery and photos of DOA (dead on arrival) items are sent to us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Weather and Shipping Delays: We may delay shipments due to extreme weather or carrier issues to ensure the safety of live animals. Customers will be notified of any delays.

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Some items may require special shipping conditions.

  • We ship only within the United States.

  • Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of live animals and plants, we do not accept returns on live items.

  • For non-living products (e.g., accessories), returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
