Shipping Days

  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays and ensure fast transit for live fish.
     

Packaging & Handling

  • Packaging Materials: Fish are packed using insulated, oxygenated, double-bagged packaging, with heat or cold packs added as needed based on weather.

  • No Additional Fee: Packaging is included in the order cost—there is no separate box or handling fee.
     

Shipping Standards & Weather Considerations

  • All shipments are sent via overnight delivery (e.g., UPS/FedEx Overnight or 2-Day) to minimize transit time and risks.

  • Shipments may be delayed during extreme weather (e.g., temperatures below freezing or above 90 °F) to protect the fish’s well-being.
     

Live Arrival Guarantee

  • DOA Reporting: Any Dead on Arrival claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery, with a clear photo of the fish in the unopened packaging.

  • Compensation: Verified DOA cases will receive a refund or replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

Restrictions & Requirements

  • Shipping Area: Only available within the continental United States.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
