At The Mad Jellyfish, we guarantee live delivery of our aquatic treasures! While we strive for perfection, there may be rare instances of a DOA (Dead on Arrival). If you do experience this, simply submit photos of the bags and box within 2 hours of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority! Submit here.
