Relatively new to the hobby, the RedTail Hillstream Loach is only found in the headwaters of the Sungai Amandit in the Meritus mountain range of South Kalamantan in Indonesian Borneo. Loves highly oxygenated and fast flowing water and feeds primarily on algae, biofilm and leftovers. Should avoid aggressive fish as tankmates. Good optiona are White Clouds and Danios.
