An absolutely addition to the hobby. These fish are native to parts of Asia, India and Pakistan. In there native habitat, they are found in slower moving water with dense vegetation. Omnivores by nature, they will eat  a wide variety of foods including, flakes, pellets, black worms, brine shrimp and other smaller live foods .A peaceful fish, they are great additions to any community aquarium.
