The Red Sailfin Venezuelan Cory is native to river and lake drainages in the Northern Region of Venezuela. The orange markings and dark saddle appear as the fish matures. Has a preference for sandy or smooth bottoms due to the sensitive nature of it's barbells, they also prefer clear, well oxygenated water. A shoaling fish, does best in groups of 6 or more. Very peaceful community aquarium addition.
