The Julichromis Ornatus, or "Golden Julie" is one of the most attractive and desirable of the Julichromis family. Peaceful by nature, as with all the Tanganyikans, it prefers high PH  and rock hard water even though it is tolerant of a wide range of water parameters. Grows to about 2 1/2 to 3" with males being slightly larger.
