The Flagfish is a native to the slow moving swamps and rivers of Florida. They will reach a length of 2 1/2 to 3" and thrive on nuisance algae in the aquarium. Also, one of the few aquarium fish that will consume and help keep in check the particularly annoying Black Beard Algae. Very peaceful community tank fish.
